The process for an ICF build is simple and efficient. First, your walls are formed. Second, they are already insulated. Third, they create an air and vapor barrier. Fourth, they are ready for exterior siding on the outside of the home. Fifth, they are ready for electrical service on the inside. And sixth, they do not require “furring out” the wall and are ready for the direct application of drywall or other wall finishes.
